Cost depends on the number of user roles and workflows, the tenancy model, billing complexity, integrations, SSO and compliance requirements, and how much of the product goes into the first release. We usually start with a discovery phase, then send a quote for the agreed MVP scope and plan later releases separately. As a guide, a first SaaS release starts from our $2,999 MVP packages, and a full multi-tenant product usually costs $25,000 to $100,000 or more (USD).
It depends on scope. A focused MVP often takes a few weeks to a few months. We agree milestones at the start and share a staging environment throughout, so you can show progress to early customers and investors.
We pick the tenant model that fits your customers: a shared database with tenant-scoped queries and row-level security, a schema per tenant, or a database per tenant for customers with strict requirements. Every query and background job carries the tenant context, and we test isolation before launch.
Yes. We integrate Stripe for plans, trials, usage-based pricing, invoices, tax, upgrades and failed payment handling, and connect billing to feature access so plan changes apply in the app straight away.
Yes. We add SAML and OpenID Connect single sign-on through Auth0, Keycloak or a similar identity provider, along with role-based access, team management and audit logs that enterprise buyers usually ask for.
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, apply least-privilege access, keep audit logs and run security testing before release. We design data handling to meet GDPR and the local rules that apply to your customers, including data residency where needed, and sign an NDA before we see your product details.
You own the code and IP we build for you. The repositories, cloud accounts and third-party services such as Stripe are set up under your organization, and we hand over documentation with the code.
Yes. As an AI and data company, we add features such as in-app assistants, smart search, document processing, summaries and predictions, built on your product data with tenant boundaries respected.
