Before spending on AI, most organizations need clear answers: which processes would benefit, whether the data is good enough, what the risks are, and whether the team can support it.
Our AI readiness assessment answers those questions in 2 to 4 weeks for a fixed price. We interview your teams, review your data, systems and policies, score readiness across data, process, technology, risk and people, and deliver a prioritized roadmap of AI use cases with estimated value, cost and effort, so you know what to build first and what to fix before you do.
Every team has AI ideas, but nobody knows which ones are worth funding.
Proofs of concept work in a demo and then stall because the data or process was not ready.
Legal and security teams cannot judge AI projects without a clear picture of data and use.
Leadership wants an AI plan, with budgets and expected returns, quickly.
Staff use different AI tools with no policy or view of the value they bring.
Outcomes
Scores for data, process, technology, risk and people, with the evidence behind each.
Every use case found, with value, effort, risk and data requirements.
A phased 6 to 12 month plan with quick wins, larger bets and dependencies.
Estimated cost and team size for each roadmap phase.
Regulatory, data protection and security points for each priority use case.
Scope, success metrics and plan for the recommended first project.
Find the opportunities worth pursuing.
Check whether your data can support AI.
See what your systems and workflows can absorb.
Built with
Spot the risks before regulators or customers do.
Built with
Plan the skills and the sequence.
The assessment is a fixed-price package with a set number of weeks, so you know the cost and the end date before you start.
The engineers who review your data and systems are the ones who build AI for a living, so the findings are practical rather than theoretical.
Every use case gets a value, effort and risk score, and the roadmap comes with budget ranges and a recommended first pilot.
The report, scoring sheet and roadmap are yours to use with any supplier.
EU AI Act risk categories, ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF gaps are part of the review.

It is fixed price, based on the number of departments, systems and data sources in scope and how many workshops are needed. The price is agreed before we start. As a guide, an assessment for one business unit usually costs $5,000 to $10,000, and an organization-wide assessment $10,000 to $25,000 (USD).
Two to four weeks. A single department with a few systems is usually done in two weeks; a wider assessment across several departments takes three to four.
A written report with readiness scores across data, process, technology, risk and people, a ranked list of AI use cases with value and effort estimates, a phased roadmap with budget ranges, and an outline for the first pilot. We present it to your leadership team.
Usually a kick-off, interviews of about an hour with 6 to 15 people, access to sample data and documentation, and a final readout. We keep the load on your team light.
No. The roadmap is yours to use with any team. Many clients ask us to run the first pilot, but there is no obligation.
Only samples, under a data agreement, and preferably in your own environment. We can work with anonymized extracts if needed.
Yes, at a practical level. We flag which planned use cases may fall under the EU AI Act or sector rules and note what governance steps they need. A full compliance program is a separate service.
Yes. We review how those tools are used today, where they are and are not adding value, and where custom AI or better data would do more.
Most clients move to a proof of concept for the top use case, fix a data gap first, or set up AI governance. We can help with any of these.
Book a call, and we confirm the scope, the departments to cover and the people to interview. The assessment starts once the NDA and a short information request are done, usually within a week.
Yes. Everything shared is covered by NDA, sample data is deleted at the end unless you ask us to keep it, and the report and roadmap are yours.
Book a call. We will explain the assessment, agree scope and give you a fixed price.
