The project
BullsAI is a web platform that turns scattered market data into market and talent intelligence. It brings together public sources such as press releases, mergers, PubMed and census data with people-based sources such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and industry associations. Users search and filter across therapeutic areas, geographies, companies and job roles, and the OpenAI API helps analyze the results. Interactive dashboards show geo heat maps of hiring and rankings, and users generate market and talent intelligence reports from them. We built the platform in Next.js with a MySQL database.
The challenge
- Industry insight sat across dozens of public and people-based sources, each in its own format.
- Teams spent days collecting data by hand before they could answer a market or hiring question.
- Raw data did not show where hiring was rising or which companies led an area.
