It depends on the number of platforms (web, iOS, Android, APIs), how many journeys you want covered, how testable the product already is and whether you want ongoing maintenance. We quote a fixed price for a framework and first suite, or a monthly fee for ongoing automation. As a guide, a framework setup with a first automated suite usually costs $5,000 to $20,000, and ongoing automation and maintenance $2,000 to $8,000 per month (USD).
Both are strong. Playwright covers Chromium, Firefox and WebKit, runs tests in parallel out of the box and handles multiple tabs and domains well, so it is our usual default for new projects. Cypress has an excellent interactive runner and suits teams already invested in it. We keep existing suites where they work.
Yes. For Flutter we use integration tests, Patrol and Maestro; for React Native we use Detox, Maestro or Appium. Native iOS and Android apps use XCUITest and Espresso, or Appium for a shared suite.
Yes. We run mobile and browser tests on real devices through BrowserStack, and can also use Firebase Test Lab or AWS Device Farm. The device list is based on your analytics so we test what your users actually have.
No. Automation is best for stable journeys that run every release. Manual and exploratory testing is still needed for new features, usability and edge cases. Our software testing service covers both.

Partly. Tools such as axe-core catch a good share of common WCAG issues, like missing labels and low contrast, on every run. Others, such as keyboard flow and screen reader experience, need manual checks, which we include in the plan.
A first suite covering the most critical journeys usually runs in CI within a few weeks. Coverage then grows release by release.
We use test or anonymized data wherever possible, access your systems with named accounts and least-privilege permissions, and follow GDPR and the data protection rules that apply in your country when any personal data is involved. Credentials are kept in your secrets manager, not in test code.
You do. Tests live in your repositories next to the application code, and you own the code and IP we build for you.
