Five days, fixed price: test your product idea with real users before you pay to build it.

A design sprint answers one big question fast: is this idea worth building, and in what shape?
In five days, your decision makers and our designers agree the problem, sketch solutions, choose one, turn it into a realistic clickable prototype and test it with five real users. You finish the week with evidence instead of opinions, a prototype you can show investors or customers, and a clear plan for what to build next. It is fixed price, so you know the cost before you start.
You are about to spend months building and want proof first.
Different stakeholders want different solutions and meetings go in circles.
You need a realistic prototype and early user evidence for investors.
A key number such as activation or conversion will not move and you need fresh ideas, tested quickly.
Outcomes
A high-fidelity Figma prototype you own and can keep testing or showing.
Five recorded user sessions with notes and highlight clips.
What worked, what did not and a go, change or stop recommendation.
Optional scope, timeline and estimate for building the first version.
Learn morePreparation so the five days count.
Built with
Agree the problem, then explore many solutions.
Choose one direction without endless debate.
Make it look and feel real.
Built with
Learn from real users the same week.
Since 2018 we have delivered 680+ projects for 310+ clients, and 98% of clients keep working with us.
In one week you get a tested prototype and a clear decision on what to build.
We recruit people who match your customers and test the prototype with them.
Our designers and developers can turn a winning idea into a product right after the sprint.
The sprint has a fixed price, we work under NDA, and you own all the outputs.

In the week before, we agree the sprint question, invite the right people and recruit five test users.
You receive Sprint brief and test schedule
Days 1 and 2: we map the problem, collect ideas and each participant sketches a solution.
You receive Journey map and solution sketches
Day 3: the team votes, the decider chooses, and we storyboard the prototype.
You receive Storyboard
Day 4: our designers build a realistic clickable prototype.
You receive High-fidelity prototype
Day 5: five users try the prototype while the team watches and takes notes.
You receive Recordings and findings
Within a few days we send the report, the Figma files and, if you want, an MVP scope and estimate.

The classic five-day sprint, fixed price, remote or on site.
Run the sprint, then move straight into MVP design and development.
Designers and researchers for follow-up sprints and ongoing product work.
It is a five-day, structured workshop process, based on the Google Ventures design sprint method, that takes a team from a big question to a tested prototype. It replaces weeks of meetings and guesswork with a decision backed by real user feedback.
It is fixed price, agreed before we start. The price covers preparation, facilitation, the prototype, user recruitment and testing, and the report. As a guide, a standard five-day sprint usually costs $6,000 to $12,000, and an extended sprint with more testing or a working AI prototype $12,000 to $20,000 (USD).
Ideally a decider (founder, product owner or executive) plus three to five people who know the customer, the business and the technology. Full attendance matters most on days 1 to 3. Testing on day 5 is best watched live but recordings are provided.
Yes. Most of our sprints run remotely with Miro or FigJam and video calls, scheduled to work across India, UK, European and US time zones. On-site sprints are possible on request.
Five people who match your target customer. We can recruit them through research panels, or you can invite your own customers or prospects. Five users are enough to show the main patterns.
A high-fidelity clickable prototype in Figma, recordings and notes from all five tests, a findings report with a go, change or stop recommendation, and, if useful, a scoped MVP plan and estimate.
That is still a good result: you learn it in a week instead of after months of development. We help you decide whether to change direction and run a follow-up sprint, or stop and focus elsewhere.
Yes. Many clients move straight into MVP development with us, using the prototype and findings as the starting point, so no time is lost in handover.
When the solution is already proven and agreed, or the question is purely technical. In those cases a technical proof of concept or a normal design project is usually better value, and we will tell you so.
You own the prototype, research and recordings, and we work under NDA.
Monday: map
Agree the long-term goal, map the journey and pick the target moment to test.
Tuesday: sketch
Review inspiration and sketch competing solutions individually.
Wednesday: decide
Vote, choose one solution and storyboard the prototype.
Thursday: prototype
Build a realistic, clickable prototype in one day.
Friday: test
Five interviews with real users and a clear decision on next steps.
Book a call. We will agree the sprint question and dates, and send a fixed quote.
