If people sign up and do not come back, abandon checkout or keep calling support, the product is telling you something.
A UX audit finds where and why. We combine an expert review of your website or app, your analytics and session recordings, interviews with real users and usability tests, then give you a ranked list of fixes with the effort and likely impact of each. You get clear answers in a few weeks, not a long report nobody acts on.
People arrive and browse, but few sign up, book or buy.
Sign-ups do not reach the point where the product proves its value.
Tickets and calls show users cannot find or understand key features.
Design decisions are argued over in meetings because nobody has watched users try the product.
You want to know what to keep and what to change before spending on a new design.

Engagement
Heuristic review, analytics and recordings review, and a ranked fix list.
Everything in the audit, plus interviews and usability tests with real users.
A researcher who runs regular tests and interviews alongside your product team.
It is a structured review of your website or app to find what makes it hard to use, and why. We look at the product itself, your analytics and session recordings, and, if included, test it with real users. You get a ranked list of problems and recommended fixes.
An audit is mostly expert review plus data you already have, so it is fast and cheaper. User research adds interviews and usability tests with real people, which explains why problems happen and uncovers needs the data cannot show. Many clients start with an audit and add research for the most important journeys.
It depends on how many journeys and platforms are in scope and whether you want interviews and usability testing. After a short call we send a fixed quote. As a guide, an expert UX audit with analytics review usually costs $4,000 to $12,000, and an audit with user interviews, usability testing and redesigned screens $10,000 to $30,000 or more (USD).
An expert audit usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. Adding interviews and usability tests makes it 4 to 6 weeks, mostly because of participant recruitment and scheduling.
Access to the product (a test account is fine), read access to analytics and session recording tools, any past research or support data, and an hour or two of time from the product owner. If we interview customers, we will ask for help inviting them.
We can interview your own customers, or recruit matched participants through panels such as UserTesting or Lyssna. For B2B products, your customers are usually the best source, and we handle scheduling and incentives.
Yes. We run automated scans and manual checks with keyboard and screen readers, and map issues to WCAG 2.2 AA. For a full conformance audit of a large site, we scope it separately.
We can. Our design team can redesign the affected screens, and our developers can build the changes. You can also take the report to your own team; every finding includes enough detail to act on.
Yes. We can review and test Figma prototypes or a staging build. Finding problems before launch is cheaper than fixing them after.
We ask participants for consent, store recordings securely, share only what you need, and delete raw data when the project ends if you ask.
