Signs your BI needs work
Our Tableau and Looker consulting services give your teams dashboards they trust and actually use, on the BI tool you already own or the one that suits you best.
Read the full overview
We design and build Tableau dashboards, LookML models in Looker, and reports in Qlik Sense and Sigma, on top of clean, modeled data in Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift or PostgreSQL. We migrate between BI tools, including Tableau or Qlik to Power BI and Power BI to Looker, with KPI-by-KPI checks. We also embed dashboards in your own product with row-level security for each customer, and set up semantic models so every report uses the same definitions.
Hundreds of reports, few users
Report counts keep growing, but most dashboards are opened once and forgotten.
Slow dashboards
Workbooks take a minute to load, so people export to Excel instead.
KPIs defined in every workbook
Each report calculates revenue its own way, so totals never match.
Paying for two BI tools
Different teams use different tools and you pay licenses for both.
Customers asking for reports
Your product needs customer-facing analytics, and building it in-house keeps slipping.
Outcomes
What you get
- Dashboards built around the decisions people make, not data dumps
- One set of KPI definitions shared across reports
- Faster dashboards through better data models and extracts
- Migrations checked figure by figure against the old reports
- Customer-facing analytics with secure, per-customer data access

Questions, answered
Power BI is usually best value in Microsoft-centered companies. Tableau is strong for visual exploration and large analyst teams. Looker suits companies on Google Cloud or those that want one governed semantic model in code. Qlik fits existing Qlik estates, and Sigma gives a spreadsheet-like interface on top of cloud warehouses. We recommend based on your users, data platform and license costs.
Yes. We fix slow workbooks, clean up data sources and extracts, remove duplicate reports, set up proper permissions and project structure, and rebuild key dashboards around how people actually use them.
LookML is Looker's modeling language. It defines tables, joins and metrics once, in code, so every dashboard and Explore uses the same definitions. It lives in Git, so changes are reviewed and tested like software.
Yes. We list and rationalize existing reports first, rebuild the data model and measures in Power BI, recreate the dashboards that are still used, and check every KPI against the old tool before switching users over.
Yes. The approach is the same: inventory, rebuild the semantic model, recreate the needed dashboards and reconcile the figures before retiring the old reports.
Yes. We use Tableau Embedded, Looker embedding, Sigma or Power BI Embedded, with row-level security so each customer only sees their own data, and single sign-on from your application.
A semantic model defines your business metrics, such as revenue, active customers or margin, in one place. When every dashboard reads from it, teams stop arguing about whose number is right. We build them in LookML, Tableau published data sources, the dbt Semantic Layer or Cube.
Yes. Looker Studio is a free reporting tool often used for marketing and Google data. Looker is the governed enterprise BI platform. We build in both and help you decide when to move from one to the other.
Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, Microsoft Fabric, PostgreSQL, SQL Server and most SaaS tools through ingestion tools such as Fivetran or Airbyte. We usually model data in the warehouse first so dashboards stay fast and simple.
A first set of dashboards on clean data usually takes 2 to 6 weeks. A BI migration takes 1 to 4 months, depending on how many reports are kept.
It depends on the number of dashboards, data sources and users. Licences are billed to you by the vendor. As a guide, a set of dashboards on existing data usually costs $3,000 to $15,000, and a BI migration or embedded analytics project costs $15,000 to $60,000 or more (USD).
We start with an inventory of your current reports and who uses them. We need viewer access to the BI tool and read access to the data sources, plus one business owner per dashboard area. After release we offer training, a handover or ongoing support.
