The project
SearchPlus ME is an executive search and talent consulting firm serving enterprises in the Middle East. Its website presents three service lines, Talent Acquisition, Talent Advisory and Recruitment Process Outsourcing, and the functions and sectors the firm hires for, from CFOs and board directors to software architects and HR business partners. We built it in WordPress as a brochure site for enterprise buyers, with no job search or CV upload, and set it up for speed, mobile use and long-term SEO, with a blog for hiring insights.
The challenge
- The firm competes for CXO-level mandates with global search brands, so its site had to look as credible as theirs.
- Enterprise buyers needed to see quickly which roles, functions and sectors the firm covers.
- A job board would have pulled in candidate traffic, while the site's audience is the hiring company.
What we built
- A WordPress site built around three service lines: Talent Acquisition, Talent Advisory and RPO.
- Function pages grouped by leadership, technology and HR roles, plus sector pages such as healthcare, finance and operations.
- Consultation calls to action on every key page instead of job listings or candidate uploads.
- A blog for hiring trends and articles, built with SEO in mind and tuned for mobile and page speed.
