The project
Host My Property is an Airbnb and short-let management company in Bath that runs holiday lets on behalf of homeowners. Its website speaks to two audiences: owners who want their property managed, and guests looking for a stay. Owners see the full service, from listing creation and dynamic pricing to guest communication, cleaning and maintenance. Guests search the company's properties by location, dates and number of guests. We built the site on WordPress.
The challenge
- Homeowners in Bath wanted short-let income without handling guests, cleaning and pricing themselves.
- The company needed one site that sells its management service to owners and fills its properties with guests.
- Owners deciding who to trust with their home needed to see the whole service and hear from other owners.
What we built
- A home page with separate paths for owners (Let With Us) and guests (Find Stays).
- A stay search by location, check-in and check-out dates and number of guests.
- A services section covering listing creation, dynamic pricing, 24/7 guest communication, cleaning and linen, maintenance, inspections and interior styling.
- Owner reviews, Superhost and Google rating badges, and a WhatsApp button for quick contact.
