The project
Club Wyndham is a vacation ownership club whose members book holidays at resorts with points. The app puts the whole cycle in one place: owners browse resorts with photos, reviews and amenities, search by exact or flexible dates, book a stay, and then manage the reservation, their points and their ownership account. It also carries owner offers, a saved bucket list and push notifications for confirmations and pre-departure messages. We built the iOS and Android apps in Flutter on a Node.js and MySQL backend.
The challenge
- Owners had to check points, availability and bookings across separate channels before planning a trip.
- Finding a resort that fitted a points budget, suite type and dates took a lot of manual searching.
- Reservation changes, waitlists and account messages were hard to follow away from a computer.
What we built
- Resort browsing with photos, reviews, amenities and a saved bucket list.
- Search by exact or flexible dates, with filters for suite type, points total and on-site amenities.
- Booking, reservation changes and waitlists in a few steps, priced in points.
- An account area with ownership details, available points, benefits and messages.
- Push notifications for confirmations, resort updates and pre-departure information.
