The project
SmartPlanner is a task and event management app for Android and iOS. Users organise their tasks, create events and find vendors for them, filtering by what they need, viewing product details and paying through Braintree. Reminders keep each event on track, and users can chat with vendors, create posts, earn rewards and share events with others. We built the mobile apps in Flutter and a React and Laravel admin panel where the team manages users, products and notifications.
The challenge
- Planning an event meant juggling a to-do list, a calendar and separate searches for vendors.
- Comparing vendors and paying them happened outside any one tool, often by phone or email.
- Deadlines and event dates slipped without reminders tied to the plan.

- Flutter apps for iOS and Android that combine task lists, events and vendor search.
- Vendor filters and product detail pages, with payments handled through Braintree.
- Event reminders, vendor chat, posts, rewards and event sharing in the same app.
- A React and Laravel admin panel to manage users, products and notifications.
