The project
The Social Media Scheduler helps businesses and creators plan, create, schedule and publish content across several social channels. It is aimed at Indian businesses that have no time to be marketers, such as coaching institutes, salons, jewellers and professional firms. Users sign up, describe their brand voice, colours and visual style, generate captions, images and videos with AI, then review and approve posts on a content calendar before they go out to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. We built the platform's website on WordPress, with features, industry pages, pricing, a blog and free trial sign-up.
The challenge
- Small businesses post irregularly because planning content takes time they do not have.
- Creating captions and visuals for each platform is repetitive work.
- Publishing to each channel by hand makes a consistent presence hard to keep up.
What we built
- A four-step flow: sign up, describe the business, create content with AI, then review and publish.
- A content calendar that shows the whole month across channels.
