The project
INEFAM is a field CRM for pharmaceutical sales representatives. The mobile app, for Android and iOS phones and tablets, lets reps schedule and record their meetings with doctors, track the medicines and supplies they carry and file reports digitally instead of on paper. Office managers use an admin panel to monitor reports, inventory and rep activity, and a password-protected super admin panel exports all data to XLS for analysis. We built it with Flutter, React and Laravel.
The challenge
- Reps recorded doctor visits and stock on paper, which was slow and easy to lose.
- Managers could not see rep activity, reports or inventory until the paper reached the office.
- Reporting for analysis and compliance meant retyping paper records.
