Use of the App

Driving Theory Test is designed to help users prepare for driving theory examinations through practice questions, mock tests, educational content, and study materials.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.

Educational Purpose Only

The App is intended solely as a study and preparation tool.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee that:

• All content is error-free.
• The information is always current.
• Use of the App will result in passing any driving theory examination.

Users remain responsible for verifying official driving regulations and examination requirements through the appropriate government authorities.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, design, graphics, logos, features, and functionality, is owned by Equitysoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any portion of the App without prior written consent.

• Google AdMob
• Google Firebase

These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party providers.

Advertisements

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners such as Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, products, services, or practices of advertisers appearing within the App. Any interactions with third-party advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

Notifications

The App may send reminders, alerts, and other notifications related to study progress, mock tests, updates, or app functionality. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

In-App Purchases

Certain features, content, or services may be offered through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the applicable app store platform. Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable and subject to the refund policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Availability or uninterrupted operation

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
