• AI credit management

Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the Service under the laws applicable to you.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

You are responsible for:

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate text, images, and videos based on information and instructions provided by you.

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, unique, complete, or suitable for your intended purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using, publishing, or distributing it.

You should verify facts, claims, names, statistics, references, and other important information before publication.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free or meet your specific expectations.

5. User Content

You may upload, create, save, edit, or otherwise provide content through the Service ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights and permissions necessary for us to provide the Service.

By submitting User Content, you grant us the limited rights necessary to:

• Store your content
• Process your content
• Generate requested AI outputs
• Create drafts
• Display your content to you
• Schedule and publish content at your direction
• Operate and maintain the Service

We do not claim ownership of your User Content solely because you use the Service.

6. Reference Content

The Service may allow you to provide reference images, Reel links, YouTube Shorts links, or other reference material for content generation.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or lawful basis to use material you submit as a reference.

You must not use the Service to infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.

7. Social Media Connections and Publishing

The Service may allow you to connect supported social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

When you connect an account, you authorize the Service to perform the actions necessary to provide the requested functionality, including scheduling and publishing content where supported.

You are responsible for:

• Having permission to manage the connected social media account
• Following the applicable platform's terms and policies
• Reviewing scheduled content
• Ensuring published content complies with applicable laws and platform rules
• Maintaining appropriate permissions for connected accounts

Third-party platforms may change their APIs, permissions, policies, or functionality. We cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will always support a particular feature.

We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, suspensions, or other actions taken by third-party social media platforms.

8. Content Scheduling

Scheduled content is intended to be published around the date and time selected by you.

Publishing may be affected by:

• Third-party platform availability
• API limitations
• Internet connectivity
• Technical failures
• Platform restrictions
• Account permissions
• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Therefore, we do not guarantee that every scheduled post will be published at the exact selected time.

9. AI Credits

The Service currently provides users with 100 free AI credits.

Credits are used for applicable AI generation features.

Credits:

• Are provided for use within the Service
• Are not transferable between accounts
• Have no cash value
• Cannot be sold or exchanged
• May be subject to usage limits

Once available credits are exhausted, applicable AI generation functionality may become unavailable.

We may change the credit system, including how credits are calculated or used, in future versions of the Service.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Violate another person's privacy or other rights
• Create or distribute fraudulent or misleading content
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Abuse or interfere with the Service
• Circumvent technical restrictions or usage limits
• Use automated methods to abuse the Service
• Generate or publish content that violates applicable third-party platform policies

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, or comply with applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party services and APIs, including AI services and social media platforms.

These may include services from:

• OpenAI
• Meta platforms
• LinkedIn
• Providers supporting Veo 3.1 Fast video generation

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, or performance of third-party services.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, interface, design, branding, logos, text, and other materials provided by us, is owned by or licensed to Equitysoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit our proprietary materials.

Your User Content remains yours, subject to the rights granted to us under these Terms.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and delete information.

14. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and functional, but we do not guarantee that it will always be:

• Available
• Uninterrupted

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party outages, or other circumstances.

15. Account Suspension or Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion.

• That generated content will meet your business requirements
• That the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free

You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Equitysoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms will be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms having appropriate jurisdiction over the matter.
