1.4 Connected Social Media Account Information

If you choose to connect your social media accounts, the App may access information and authorization credentials required to provide social media publishing functionality.

Currently, the App supports connections with:

• Instagram through Meta's platform and APIs
• Facebook through Meta's platform and APIs
• LinkedIn through LinkedIn's official APIs

The information accessed depends on the permissions granted to the App and the functionality available through each platform.

We use connected-account information only to provide requested features such as connecting accounts, preparing content, scheduling posts, and publishing content on your behalf.

We do not use your connected social media account information for advertising.

1.5 AI and Content Generation Information

The App uses third-party artificial intelligence services to provide content generation features. Currently, these services include:

• OpenAI GPT-4.1-mini for text generation
• OpenAI GPT Image 2 for image generation
• Veo 3.1 Fast for video generation

When you request an AI-generated result, relevant information such as your prompt, brand instructions, reference content, or other information necessary to generate the requested output may be sent to the applicable AI service provider.

We use these services to provide the requested AI functionality and do not use your information for advertising.

1.6 Usage and Credit Information

The App currently provides users with 100 free AI credits.

We may maintain information necessary to:

• Track available AI credits
• Track AI generation requests
• Manage usage limits
• Prevent misuse of the Service
• Provide the requested AI generation functionality

After the available credits are used, AI generation functionality may become unavailable unless the Service introduces another credit mechanism in the future.

1.7 Information You Provide to Us

We may collect information you voluntarily provide while using the Service, including information submitted through forms, support requests, account settings, and other features.

When you connect a social media account and request publishing or related functionality, information and content may be transmitted to the applicable platform, including:

Such transfers occur to provide the functionality you request.

Service Providers

We may use service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, security, database operations, communications, or other technical functions required to operate the Service.

4. Social Media Platforms

Your use of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or any other connected third-party platform is also subject to that platform's own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control the privacy practices of third-party platforms. You are responsible for reviewing the privacy policies and terms of the social media platforms you connect to the App.

The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn Corporation, OpenAI, or Google unless expressly stated otherwise.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Information transmitted between the App and our services should be protected using appropriate security technologies, such as encryption in transit where supported.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

• Provide the Service

• Provide requested functionality
• Maintain your drafts and content

When an account is deleted, we will delete the account and associated data, including applicable drafts, uploaded content, generated content, brand information, and connected social account information, subject to any information that we are legally required or permitted to retain.

Deleting your account may permanently remove your saved drafts and generated content.

You may need to separately manage content that has already been published to third-party social media platforms because such content may be stored and controlled by those platforms.

Depending on the functionality available in the Service, you may:

• Access and update certain account information
• Update your brand information
• Disconnect supported social media accounts
• Delete your account
• Request information about the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of applicable information

The Service is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to provide consent to the processing of their personal information.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws.
