Privacy Policy

Information Collection and Use

Equitysoft Technologies respects the privacy of its clients and users. We collect information necessary for providing our services and improving user experience. This may include personal information such as name, contact details, and project requirements. We do not share this information with third parties unless required for service delivery or legally mandated.

Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect client data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. Access to sensitive information is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Client Confidentiality

We uphold strict confidentiality regarding client projects, proprietary information, and business strategies. All employees and contractors sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to ensure confidentiality.

Portfolio Showcase

We display client projects in our portfolio with explicit client respecting client data privacy and security. Project details may include project name, brief description, technologies used, and outcomes. We uphold strict confidentiality, do not disclose sensitive information without permission, and ensure client control over displayed content. Our aim is to demonstrate expertise while respecting client privacy and security.

Terms and Conditions

Scope of Work and Payment Terms

  • The project scope and payment terms are outlined in the proposal document. Additional features requested post-proposal will incur additional costs and timeline adjustments.
  • Payments are due within 10 days of invoice issuance unless otherwise specified.

Project Timeline and Milestones

  • A detailed timeline with monthly/weekly targets will be provided at the project onset. Delays caused by client-side dependencies may impact timelines.
  • In some cases, project timelines may be adjusted after the completion of the design phase, based on the time taken for the entire design process.

Communication and Contact

  • Clients must communicate through designated business developers for any issues related to project scope, finances, or future plans.
  • Direct communication with developers regarding pricing or scope without authorization is prohibited and may result in penalties.

Budget and Timeline Adjustments

  • Project budget and timeline are based on initial discussions, reference designs, project scope and based on it prepared proposal document which mentioned the final cost. Changes in scope may necessitate adjustments.
  • After design approval from the client, any modifications or change requests that affect the project scope, features, or functionalities will be subject to additional costs and may impact project timelines.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure availability for project consultations and approvals. Unavailability exceeding 15 days without prior notice may result in paying the nearby milestone in terms of penalties.

Termination and Notice

  • Clients must provide one month's notice for termination or pause of services. Failure to do so may require payment equivalent to nearby milestones.

Collaboration Agreement

  • Equitysoft Technologies and the client agree to collaborate in accordance with agreed-upon terms and standards. The client agrees not to contact individual team members without authorization.

Pre-Support Launch Period

  • A one-month pre-support launch period is provided. Failure to launch the app during this period may cancel the additional months of free technical support.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mutual negotiation and, if necessary, escalated to formal mediation or arbitration.

Modifications to Terms

  • Equitysoft Technologies reserves the right to modify these terms and policies. Clients will be notified of any changes and must accept revised terms for continued engagement.

Client Feedback and Review Responsibility

  • It is the client's responsibility to provide timely feedback and review updates released by Equitysoft Technologies. Upon receiving an update or build, the client should allocate time to thoroughly test and evaluate the functionality, features, and performance of the application.

Out-Scope Activities

Equitysoft Technologies provides comprehensive development services, as outlined in our Scope of Work. However, certain activities are considered out of scope and are the responsibility of the client:

Database Account

  • Creating and managing a any database account for storing user data and other purposes. The client is responsible for setting up the database and providing necessary access to our development team.

UX/UI Design

  • Providing app design concepts including logos, color schemes, and UI/UX patterns. The client's design specifications and assets are required before development begins.

Backend Services (Third Party)

  • Developing APIs and integrating third-party services required by the application. It is the client's responsibility to provide specifications and access to necessary APIs.
  • If the client wishes to change any third-party service provider during development, or if such changes affect project timelines, the client must agree to an additional timeline and potential cost adjustments based on complexity.
  • After delivering the successful project, Equitysoft Technologies is not liable for any issues arising from updates, changes, or deprecation of third-party tools or APIs used in the project.

Developer Account

  • Purchasing and maintaining App Store accounts (iOS Developer account & Google Play console account) required for app publishing. The client must handle account setup and associated costs.
  • Clients make sure the account type they are purchasing they must be aware of the policy of the Personal google play account here and for standard Apple developer account here

Domain Account

  • Providing a domain name and associated hosting services for publishing the website or web application. The client is responsible for domain registration and hosting setup.

Deployment of app and Approval of things

  • In case of app rejection from app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), the client is responsible for addressing any issues raised by the stores. Equitysoft development team will help and coordinate with the client for re-submission or any guidance if needed.
  • Equitysoft Team will not be responsible for app approval throught the any of the store. In some of the cases store might not approve the App due to the concept of the app or there might be a few other reasons.

These activities are crucial for the successful development and deployment of your project but fall outside the standard scope of our services. Clients are advised to ensure these responsibilities are fulfilled in a timely manner to avoid delays in project timelines and milestones.
