Every project we take on, I ask: will this actually move the needle for this client? If not, we go back to the drawing board.

Three people. One conviction.
Equitysoft was born from frustration - watching great businesses struggle with technology that didn't serve them. Three co-founders, a shared belief, and zero compromise on quality. We took our first clients and delivered like a team ten times our size.
2019
Growing with purpose – 15 experts on board.
We hired deliberately - people who cared about craft and client outcomes. Not just developers, but problem-solvers. Our early investments in quality built the reputation that would carry us forward.
2020
25 international clients. Zero compromises.
While the world slowed down, we doubled down. Our first international clients came from referrals — a validation that our work spoke louder than our marketing. Every project completed. Every client retained.
2021
50 projects milestone – and a sharper focus.
Hitting 50 projects taught us as much as it celebrated. We refined our delivery processes, tightened our quality standards, and got clear on the industries where we create the most impact.
2022
Culture became our foundation – not just a value.
As we scaled, we focused inward - building a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning. We introduced structured processes, stronger leadership alignment, and a performance-driven mindset that empowered every team member to think beyond tasks and act like owners.
2023
Second office. Bigger capacity. Same values.
Our expansion to a second office wasn't about optics - it was about capacity to serve more clients without stretching quality thin. We opened doors only when we were confident the team could uphold our standards.
2024
Germany office. Officially multinational.
Registering in Germany marked our entry into the European market - and validated that the trust we'd built in India translated globally. We now serve clients across four continents with the same commitment we started with in 2018.
