Equitysoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "our", "us", or "Company") provides the Expense Tracker: Money Manager mobile application and related services.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the application, including any Premium features and subscription services.

By downloading, accessing, or using the application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.

1. Application Overview

Expense Tracker: Money Manager is a personal finance and expense management application designed to help users organize and monitor their financial activities.

The application may allow users to:

• Record income and expenses
• Track daily spending
• Manage budgets
• Create and manage custom categories
• Monitor savings
• View financial statistics and reports
• Search and review transaction history
• Track income and expenses by category
• Generate or export financial reports
• Manage personal financial records
• Use additional Premium features available through subscription plans

The application is intended as a financial organization and record-keeping tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, banking, legal, or professional financial advice.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when using the application
• Keeping your account information secure
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Reviewing the accuracy of financial information entered into the application
• Ensuring that your use of the application complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining appropriate backups of important financial information where necessary

You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information entered by you, misuse of the application, or unauthorized access caused by failure to protect your account credentials.

3. Financial Information

Expense Tracker: Money Manager allows you to record and organize financial information such as income, expenses, budgets, categories, and savings information.

The application does not connect to your bank account or independently verify the accuracy of financial information unless a specific feature expressly states otherwise.

You are responsible for verifying all financial information entered into the application.

The statistics, calculations, reports, balances, budgets, and other information displayed by the application are provided for organizational and informational purposes only.

You should independently verify important financial information before relying on it for financial, tax, accounting, business, or other decisions.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Certain features of the application may only be available to users who purchase a Premium subscription.

The application may offer the following Premium subscription plans:

• Monthly Premium – 1 month
• 6-Month Premium – 6 months
• Yearly Premium – 12 months

The available plans, prices, features, billing periods, and applicable offers will be displayed within the application and/or the applicable app store before purchase.

Premium features may include:

• Ad-free experience
• Unlimited transactions
• Unlimited categories
• PDF export
• Full financial reports
• Budget alerts
• Other Premium features that may be introduced or modified in the future

Premium features may vary based on the subscription plan and the current version of the application.

5. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are offered as auto-renewable subscriptions through the applicable app store.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it before the current subscription period ends.

The applicable subscription price will be charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase and, where applicable, at the beginning of each renewal period.

Subscription prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, or applicable pricing adjustments.

The applicable price and subscription duration will be displayed to you before you confirm your purchase.

6. Free Trials and Introductory Offers

We may offer eligible users introductory offers or free trial periods from time to time.

For example, the Yearly Premium subscription may include a 7-day free trial for eligible users when such an offer is active.

Eligibility for a free trial or introductory offer is determined by the applicable App Store rules and Apple's eligibility requirements.

If you start a free trial and do not cancel it before the trial period ends, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable price displayed at the time of purchase.

Only eligible users may receive introductory offers, and eligibility may be determined by Apple.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue introductory offers at any time, subject to applicable requirements.

7. Subscription Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings.

Deleting the application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

To prevent the subscription from automatically renewing, you must cancel the subscription through the applicable App Store account settings before the renewal date.

After cancellation, you may continue to access Premium features until the end of the current paid subscription period, unless otherwise specified by Apple.

8. Payments and Refunds

All subscription payments are processed through the applicable app store.

We do not directly process or store your Apple payment card information.

Payments, billing, refunds, cancellations, and subscription management are subject to Apple's applicable terms, policies, and payment procedures.

Requests for refunds may need to be submitted through Apple according to Apple's refund policies and procedures.

We do not guarantee that a refund request will be approved.

9. Apple App Store Terms

If you download or use the application through Apple's App Store, your use of the application is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and conditions.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for the application.

Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the application or its content, except where required by applicable law.

Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce applicable provisions of these Terms against you.

Your use of the application must comply with the applicable App Store Terms and Conditions and Apple's usage rules.

10. Intellectual Property

The application, including its software, interface, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, features, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Equitysoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the application only for its intended personal or authorized business purposes.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce the application
• Modify or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Redistribute or resell the application
• Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the application to develop a competing product without authorization
• Use the application for unlawful purposes

11. User Data and Privacy

13. Application Availability

We aim to keep the application available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• Server issues
• Network problems
• Device or operating system restrictions
• Third-party service interruptions
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the application when reasonably necessary.

Your continued use of the application after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the application if you violate these Terms or use the application in a manner that may harm the application, other users, our services, or third parties.

You may stop using the application at any time.

Termination of your use of the application does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. Subscription cancellation must be managed through the applicable App Store account.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing Equitysoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd., except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and the jurisdiction applicable to the Company.
