The Service is designed to help users track warranty periods and expiration dates.

• Warranty information entered by the user is accurate
• Every warranty expiration date will be calculated correctly
• Every reminder will be delivered at a specific time
• A reminder will always be delivered successfully
• The Service will always be available when a reminder is due

Reminder functionality may be affected by device settings, application settings, connectivity, technical issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Users remain responsible for checking their warranty information and expiration dates.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

17. Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated information.

You may also request deletion of saved product, warranty, purchase, invoice, and other information associated with your account.

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will take reasonable steps to process the request in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
