The Service may offer Premium features that are available through an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

7. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

The Service currently offers the following Premium Subscription options through Apple In-App Purchase:

• Premium Monthly: Duration: 1 Month | Price: $0.99 USD | Renewal: Automatically renews every month unless cancelled
• Premium 6 Months: Duration: 6 Months | Price: $4.99 USD | Renewal: Automatically renews every six months unless cancelled
• Premium Yearly: Duration: 1 Year | Price: $8.99 USD | Renewal: Automatically renews every year unless cancelled

Prices may vary by country or region based on Apple's applicable pricing, taxes, currency conversion, and storefront pricing.

The applicable price displayed to you at the time of purchase is the price that applies to your purchase.

Apple may make subscription prices available in different currencies and storefronts.

8. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew for the same subscription period unless you cancel it before the end of the current subscription period.

Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal according to Apple's applicable subscription and payment procedures.

If you do not cancel your subscription before the applicable renewal period, the subscription will automatically renew.

You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription through your Apple Account.

9. Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account and Apple's subscription management settings.

To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, you should cancel your subscription sufficiently before the current subscription period ends.

Deleting the application from your device does not necessarily cancel your subscription.

After cancellation, Premium access generally remains available until the end of the already-paid subscription period, subject to Apple's applicable subscription rules.

10. Payments and Refunds

All purchases of Premium Subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

We do not directly process or store your Apple payment card or payment information for subscription purchases.

Payment processing, billing, subscription renewal, cancellation, and applicable refund processes are subject to Apple's applicable terms, policies, and procedures.

Any refund requests should be handled through Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies and procedures.

We do not guarantee that Apple will approve a refund request.

11. Subscription Changes

We may introduce additional subscription options, modify Premium features, or make other changes to the Service.

If subscription pricing changes, applicable Apple policies and notification or consent requirements will apply.

Changes to Premium features will not affect a user's rights under applicable law.

12. Subscription Availability

Subscription availability and pricing may vary depending on your country or region.

Certain subscription options may not be available in every country or region.

Apple determines the applicable storefront pricing, currency, taxes, and availability in accordance with its policies.

13. Apple App Store Terms and EULA

Your use of the Service downloaded from the Apple App Store is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and conditions.

For users who purchase Premium Subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system, Apple processes the purchase and subscription transaction.

These Terms constitute the terms of use applicable to the Service provided by Equitysoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to replace or modify Apple's applicable terms, agreements, or policies.

Your use of the Service must also comply with Apple's applicable rules and requirements for applications distributed through the Apple App Store.

Where applicable, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) may apply to the licensed application.

14. Third-Party Services

The Service may use third-party services to provide advertising, analytics, application functionality, and technical services. These services may include:

• Google AdMob for advertising services
• Microsoft Clarity for analytics and application usage insights
• Apple's App Store and In-App Purchase services

Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, and privacy practices. Your use of third-party services may therefore be subject to their applicable terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, policies, security, accuracy, or performance of third-party services outside our reasonable control.

15. Advertising

The free version of the Service may display advertisements provided through third-party advertising services.

Premium Subscription users may receive an ad-free experience as part of their Premium benefits.

Advertising content is provided by third-party advertising providers. We do not control every advertisement displayed through third-party advertising networks.

We are not responsible for the products, services, claims, or content presented in third-party advertisements.

16. Analytics and Usage Information

The Service may use third-party analytics and application usage services to understand how users interact with the application, improve functionality, identify technical issues, and improve the overall Service.

Microsoft Clarity may collect certain application usage information and technical information in accordance with its applicable policies.
