These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Invoice PDF Documents Scanner and its related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Equitysoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our").

Invoice PDF Documents Scanner is an invoice and document scanning application that helps users scan or upload invoices, extract text using Optical Character Recognition (OCR), review and edit extracted information, and maintain a history of previously saved invoices.

The Service may include:

• Invoice scanning using the device camera
• Invoice image uploads

• Text extraction
• Invoice information extraction
• Review and editing of extracted information
• Invoice history
• Saved invoice records
• Search and management of saved invoices
• Viewing original invoice documents
• Viewing extracted invoice information

Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the Service under the laws applicable to you.

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the applicable age requirements for using the Service.

3. Account Registration

If account registration is available, you must provide accurate information when creating your account.

You are responsible for:

• Not uploading unlawful or harmful content

The Service does not guarantee that every uploaded document will be successfully processed.

Scanning and processing may be affected by image quality, document layout, lighting, resolution, file format, or other technical factors.

5. OCR & Extracted Information

The Service uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to recognize text from scanned or uploaded invoices.

OCR may be used to identify information such as:

• Invoice Number
• Invoice Date
• Due Date
• Seller or Vendor Information
• Buyer or Customer Information
• Tax Information
• Subtotal
• Discount
• Tax Amount
• Total Amount
• Currency
• Payment Terms
• Invoice Items
• Product or Item Names
• Quantities
• Prices
• Other information contained in the invoice

OCR technology may not always produce completely accurate results.

Extracted information may contain errors, missing information, or incorrect values.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the extracted information before using it for financial, accounting, business, tax, legal, or other purposes.

6. Invoice History & Saved Records

The Service allows users to save processed invoices and access them later through the Invoice History feature.

Saved records may include:

• Original Invoice Image or Document
• Extracted Invoice Information
• Information Edited by the User
• Invoice Number
• Vendor or Seller Name
• Invoice Date
• Total Amount
• Date and Time the Invoice Was Scanned or Saved

Users are responsible for reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of their saved invoice information.

We do not independently verify the accuracy or authenticity of invoices uploaded or saved by users.

7. User Content

You may upload, enter, create, edit, save, or otherwise provide information through the Service ("User Content").

You retain ownership of the User Content you provide.

By submitting User Content, you grant us the limited rights necessary to:

• Store your documents and information
• Process uploaded documents
• Perform OCR processing
• Display extracted information to you
• Store your invoice history
• Allow you to review and edit your information
• Provide and maintain the Service
• Maintain the security and functionality of the Service

We do not claim ownership of your User Content solely because you use the Service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Upload documents or information that you do not have the right to use
• Intentionally provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or damage the Service
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Attempt to compromise the security of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service except where permitted by applicable law
• Abuse or misuse the Service
• Circumvent technical restrictions or usage limitations

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, or comply with applicable law.

Your User Content remains yours, subject to the rights granted to us under these Terms.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, OCR processing issues, third-party service interruptions, or other circumstances.

You may need to install updates to continue using certain features of the Service.

Features may be added, modified, or removed as the Service develops.

14. Account Suspension or Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account where an account is provided.

We may suspend or terminate an account if:

• You engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Your actions create a security or legal risk
• You upload prohibited or harmful content
• We are required to do so by law

15. OCR & Document Processing Disclaimer

The Service is intended to help users digitize invoice information and organize their invoice records.

The Service does not provide professional accounting, tax, financial, legal, or business advice.

OCR and document processing technology may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect results.

We do not guarantee that:

• All information will be extracted correctly
• All invoice fields will be recognized
• OCR results will always be accurate
• Uploaded documents will always be successfully processed
• Extracted information will be suitable for accounting, tax, legal, or financial purposes
• The Service will replace professional accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice

Users should verify important information before relying on extracted or stored invoice information.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Equitysoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

This may include, to the extent permitted by applicable law, losses or damages resulting from:

• Incorrect OCR results
• Missing or incorrectly extracted invoice information
• Failure to process an invoice
• Loss or unavailability of stored invoice information
• Reliance on extracted invoice information
• Business, accounting, tax, financial, or legal decisions based on information processed through the Service
• Service interruptions
• Third-party service failures

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

17. Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated information where an account is provided.

You may also request deletion of saved invoice records and associated documents.

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will take reasonable steps to process the request in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms having appropriate jurisdiction over the matter.
