Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Instagram Status Saver: Reels and its related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Equitysoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Instagram Status Saver: Reels is a personal-use media saving and organization application that allows users to process supported public Instagram media links, preview available media, save supported content, and manage saved media in a personal library.

The Service may include:

• Google Sign-In
• Public media link processing
• Instagram post media saving
• Instagram reels media saving
• Instagram IGTV media saving
• Media preview functionality
• Image and video saving
• Personal media library
• Image and video filtering
• Favorite functionality
• Media sharing
• Media deletion
• Offline access to locally cached media
• Account management

Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

The Service is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

The Service is intended only for content that you own or have the legal right or permission to download, save, use, or share.

The Service does not intentionally support downloading content from private Instagram accounts or Instagram Stories.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the Service under the laws applicable to you.

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the applicable age requirements for using the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, and third-party rights.

3. Account Registration

Certain features of the Service require authentication through Google Sign-In. Authentication is provided through Firebase Authentication.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• Protecting access to your Google account
• Providing accurate account information
• All activities performed through your account
• Informing us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

We do not request or store your Google account password.

You must not use another person's account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or information.

4. Instagram Media and Link Processing

The Service allows users to submit supported public Instagram links for media processing.

Supported content may include:

• Public Instagram posts
• Public Instagram reels
• Public Instagram IGTV clips

The Service does not intentionally support:

• Private Instagram accounts
• Private Instagram content
• Instagram Stories

When you submit a supported public link, the Service may process the link through our backend and third-party media resolution services in order to retrieve publicly accessible media.

You are solely responsible for the links and content you submit through the Service.

You must only submit content that you own or have the legal right or permission to download and save.

5. User Content and Saved Media

You may submit links, save media, mark content as favorites, and otherwise create or manage information through the Service ("User Content").

You retain ownership of content that you lawfully own.

By using the Service, you grant us the limited rights necessary to:

• Process submitted links
• Retrieve requested media
• Store saved media
• Display saved media to you
• Organize your media library
• Provide filtering and favorite functionality
• Provide sharing and management functionality
• Maintain and operate the Service
• Maintain the security and functionality of the Service

We do not claim ownership of your User Content solely because you use the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content and use of the Service do not violate applicable laws or the rights of another person or organization.

6. Content Rights and Responsibilities

The Service provides tools for saving and managing media. It does not grant you ownership or additional rights in content created or owned by another person.

Before downloading, saving, using, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or sharing any media, you are responsible for determining whether you have the necessary rights or permission to do so.

You must respect:

• Copyright
• Intellectual property rights
• Privacy rights
• Publicity rights
• Applicable laws and regulations
• Rights of content creators
• Applicable platform terms and restrictions

We do not verify whether a user has permission to download or use a particular piece of content.

We are not responsible for a user's unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, publication, or other use of third-party content.

7. No Affiliation with Instagram

Instagram Status Saver: Reels is an independent third-party application.

The Service is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

"Instagram" and related names, trademarks, logos, and branding are the property of their respective owners.

The use of the name Instagram in describing the functionality of the Service is intended only to identify the platform or type of content supported by the Service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Download or save content without the necessary rights or permission
• Violate another person's copyright or intellectual property rights
• Violate another person's privacy or publicity rights
• Access or attempt to access private Instagram content
• Attempt to access another user's application data
• Submit malicious or harmful links
• Attempt to compromise the security of the Service
• Interfere with or damage the Service
• Abuse automated or technical functionality
• Circumvent technical restrictions or usage limitations
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service except where permitted by applicable law
• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to bypass authentication or authorization controls
• Use the Service in a manner that could harm the Service, its infrastructure, or other users

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, or comply with applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party services to provide certain technical functionality, including services related to:

• Google Sign-In
• Authentication
• Cloud or server infrastructure
• Database infrastructure
• Media processing or resolution
• Application security
• Technical infrastructure

The Service may use Apify or a related third-party media resolution service to process supported public Instagram links and retrieve publicly accessible media requested by the user.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, restrictions, and data practices.

Your use of functionality that relies on a third-party service may therefore be subject to that provider's applicable terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, security, performance, or functionality of third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, interface, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, and other materials provided by us, is owned by or licensed to Equitysoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not:

• Copy our proprietary software or materials
• Modify our proprietary materials
• Distribute our proprietary materials
• Sell or lease the Service
• Reverse engineer the Service
• Attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works from our proprietary materials
• Use our branding without authorization

Your User Content remains yours, subject to the rights granted to us under these Terms.

Third-party content accessed through the Service remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy also explains our use of third-party services, including authentication and media processing services.

12. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and functional, but we do not guarantee that it will always be:

• Available
• Uninterrupted
• Error-free
• Secure
• Compatible with every device
• Free from technical issues
• Able to process every submitted link
• Able to retrieve every requested media file
• Able to retrieve content from every supported URL
• Able to provide access to third-party platform content at all times
• Able to maintain access to content that becomes unavailable or restricted

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, server issues, authentication service interruptions, third-party service interruptions, changes to third-party platforms, network problems, or other circumstances.

13. Third-Party Platform Changes

The Service depends in part on the availability and accessibility of publicly accessible content and third-party services. Changes made by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., third-party service providers, network providers, or other external services may affect the Service.

Such changes may result in:

• Certain links no longer being supported
• Media retrieval becoming unavailable
• Changes in supported media formats
• Temporary or permanent service limitations
• Delays in media processing
• Changes to available functionality

We do not guarantee that the Service will continue to support every Instagram URL, media format, or platform functionality indefinitely.

14. Updates

We may release updates to improve the Service's functionality, security, compatibility, or performance. You may need to install updates to continue using certain features of the Service.

Features may be added, modified, limited, or removed as the Service develops.

We may also update technical integrations when necessary to maintain compatibility with third-party services.

15. Account Suspension or Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account.

We may suspend or terminate an account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the Service
• You use the Service for unlawful purposes
• You download or process content without appropriate rights or permission
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
• You attempt to access another user's information
• You attempt to compromise the security of the Service
• Your actions create a security or legal risk

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we may provide notice before taking such action.

16. Media and Download Disclaimer

The Service is intended to provide a convenient way for users to save and organize publicly accessible media that they have the right or permission to download.

We do not guarantee that:

• Every submitted link will work
• Every media file will be available
• Every downloaded file will remain available
• Retrieved media will always be complete or error-free
• Media quality will always match the original
• Third-party media will remain publicly accessible
• A particular Instagram URL will continue to be supported
• Third-party services will always operate correctly
• Downloaded media is legally available for every intended use

Users are responsible for verifying that they have the appropriate rights or permission before downloading, using, or sharing any content.

We do not provide legal advice regarding copyright, intellectual property, privacy, or other rights associated with downloaded content.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Equitysoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

This may include, to the extent permitted by applicable law, losses or damages resulting from:

• Inability to process a media link
• Incorrect or incomplete media retrieval
• Loss or unavailability of saved media
• Failure of third-party services
• Changes to Instagram or other third-party platforms
• Service interruptions
• Authentication failures
• Device or operating system issues
• Network connectivity issues
• Unauthorized use of third-party content
• Copyright or intellectual property disputes arising from a user's use of downloaded content
• Loss of locally cached media
• Reliance on third-party content
• Security incidents beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

18. Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated information.

You may also request deletion of saved media and other information associated with your account.

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will take reasonable steps to process the request in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

Information stored locally on your device may not be automatically deleted when server-side account information is deleted.

You may need to manually remove locally cached application data or uninstall the application to remove information stored locally on your device.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date above.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms having appropriate jurisdiction over the matter.
