These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the HMRC Tax Calculator for UK mobile application (the "Application") provided by Equitysoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (the "Service Provider") as a free application with optional premium subscription features.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Use of the Application

The Application is designed to help users estimate UK income tax, PAYE deductions, and take-home salary based on the information provided by the user.

The Application is intended for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered financial, accounting, legal, or tax advice.

Users are responsible for verifying tax calculations with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) or a qualified tax professional before making financial decisions.

User Responsibilities

When using the Application, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when performing tax calculations.
• Use the Application only for lawful purposes.
• Not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the Application or its services.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Application.

Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, content, graphics, logos, software, trademarks, and other materials, is the property of the Service Provider or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Application without prior written permission from the Service Provider.

Premium Subscription

The Application offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions under the following plans:

• UK Tax Premium Monthly – Recurring monthly billing.
• UK Tax Premium Yearly – Recurring yearly billing.

Premium subscribers receive access to the following features:

• Completely Ad-Free: Focus on your calculations without any interruptions.
• Download PDF Reports: Save, share, or print detailed PDF summaries of your tax calculations.
• Premium Videos: Gain access to expert video guides, tax tips, and visual walkthroughs.

Subscription Billing and Renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period, and the renewal cost will be identified before payment.

Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off at any time by visiting your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased, where applicable.

Subscription prices are displayed within the Application before completing your purchase.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.

Deleting the Application from your device does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Advertisements

The free version of the Application may display advertisements.

Users with an active UK Tax Premium subscription receive a completely ad-free experience.

Availability of the Application

We strive to keep the Application available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may temporarily suspend or discontinue parts of the Application for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.

Disclaimer

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of tax calculations, we do not guarantee that all calculations, information, or content are complete, accurate, or suitable for every individual situation.

Users remain responsible for verifying information before relying on any calculation results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Application.

This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses, tax decisions, or reliance on calculation results.

Changes to the Application

The Service Provider may modify, update, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application at any time without prior notice.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application if these Terms are violated or if misuse of the Application is detected.

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Terms Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any updates become effective immediately after publication.

Apple App Store Terms

If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, Apple is responsible for processing payments, subscription renewals, and subscription management in accordance with its policies.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.
