HabitVow
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Equitysoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the HabitVow mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
HabitVow is a habit-tracking application that helps you build daily habits, check in each day, and follow your progress. Coaches can create clubs and members can join them.
The Service may provide features including:
You must be at least 13 years old, and legally permitted to use the Service under the laws applicable to you. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you should use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
If you use the Service on behalf of a gym, studio, business, or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Service for your personal or legitimate coaching purposes.

You sign in to the Service with your phone number. We send a one-time verification code to your WhatsApp number to confirm it is you.
You are responsible for:
You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. The Service is currently free to use.
Any user may register a club and become its coach, and you may belong to more than one club. Your role is set separately for each club.
If you are a coach, you are responsible for your club, for the members you invite, and for the messages you send them. You agree to invite only people who have agreed to be contacted, to be respectful, and not to use club tools to harass or pressure anyone.
If you are a member, other members of your club can see your name and leaderboard information such as streaks and completion, and your coach can see your member details.
The Service includes a setting called "Share weight progress with my coach". While it is on, your coach can see a summary of your weight change. You can turn it off at any time in Settings.
Clubs and coaches are independent of the Company. We do not employ coaches, and we are not responsible for the advice, programs, or conduct of any coach or club.
A coach can invite people to a club and can prepare a nudge message for a member. These messages are sent through WhatsApp or another app on your device, outside of HabitVow, and are also subject to that app's terms and policies.
The Service itself does not provide chat, voice, or media sharing between users.
With your permission, the Service sends a daily check-in reminder at the time you choose (8:00 PM by default) and a nudge when you have not checked in for two days.
You can change or turn off these notifications in Settings or in your device settings at any time. Delivery depends on your device, network, and settings, and we do not guarantee that every notification will arrive on time.
You may provide information through the Service, including your profile, habits, check-ins, notes, and body measurements. You keep ownership of this information.
You give us permission to store and process it as needed to provide the Service, including showing it to the coach and club members as described in these Terms and in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for having the right to share it. Our use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
HabitVow is a habit-tracking and accountability tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always speak to a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing any diet, exercise program, or health routine, especially if you have a medical condition. Do not ignore professional advice because of something you saw in the Service.
We do not guarantee any particular health, fitness, weight, or lifestyle result from using the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, interface, logos, trademarks, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Equitysoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license in these Terms, no rights in the Service or its intellectual property are granted to you.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe the Service is being misused.
The Service depends on third-party services, including Google Firebase (sign-in, data storage, and notifications), a WhatsApp messaging provider that delivers verification codes, and your device's operating system and app store.
These services are outside our control. We are not responsible for their interruptions, changes, or discontinuation, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.
We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. It may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, server or network problems, security incidents, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service where reasonably necessary.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, create a security or legal risk, or if we are required to do so by law.
Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we may give notice first. You may stop using the Service at any time.
You may request deletion of your account and the information associated with it by emailing info@equitysoft.in with the subject "Delete my HabitVow account". We will complete the deletion within 30 days, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Equitysoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect means that you accept them, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms having appropriate jurisdiction over the matter.
