If you would like to permanently delete your Social Media Planner Scheduler account and associated data, you can request account deletion using the process below.
How to Delete Your Account (Option 1 — From the App)
Follow these steps inside the app to initiate account deletion:
Open Social Media Planner Scheduler
Sign in to your account
Open Account / Settings
Select Delete Account
Follow confirmation steps & confirm deletion
Option 2 — From This Website
If you cannot access the App, submit an account deletion request through the support email or contact mechanism provided on this page using the details below.
Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and may result in the permanent loss of your drafts, generated content, brand information, and other account data. Please make sure you have saved anything you want to keep before confirming deletion.
What Will Be Deleted
When your account deletion request is completed, we will delete or anonymize information associated with your account that we are not legally required or permitted to retain, including applicable:
- Account information
- Email address associated with the account
- Business and brand information
- Brand guidelines
- Saved drafts
- Uploaded content
- AI-generated content stored in your account
- AI credit and usage information associated with your account
- Connected social media account information and authorization information stored by us
What May Need to Be Managed Separately
If you have already published content to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or another third-party platform, deleting your Social Media Planner Scheduler account does not automatically delete content that has already been published on those platforms. You may need to delete that content directly through the relevant social media platform.
Information that we are legally required or permitted to retain may be retained for the applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other lawful purpose.
