Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and helping bridge the gap between stakeholders and the development team to deliver effective IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and user stories.
- Work closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend improvements for business processes.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the final product meets business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and technical documentation is a plus.
